Enjoy a private relaxed island with spectacular views and sunsets. The Boat House comfortably sleeps six and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your Mid Coast Maine vacation in beautiful Casco Bay. Entering the front door you will be captivated by a 360 degree view of the bay. If you can pull yourself away from the view to explore the Boat House’s interior you will find a comfortable living room complete with books and board games beside a cozy dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor. Traveling upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has a spectacular view of Casco Bay. The second bedroom with one double bed and a set of bunks overlooks the lagoon. Venture outside to the deck for more breathtaking views, outside dining, and grilling.

• Deep water mooring available by prior arrangement, walkie talkies, alarm clock, ceiling fan, hair dryer, paper towels, basic soaps and paper products, flashlights, are all provided.


Sheets and towels (pillows and blankets are provided), cell phone if you feel the need as there is no land line, insect repellant, sunscreen, fishing poles and gear, water shoes or water boots, grocery supplies, canoes, kayaks and small craft.
